College Hoops Sunday

The Indiana Hoosiers host the Michigan State Spartans to continue their climb up from the bottom of the Big 10.

Yesterday we had great handicaps on plenty of games but didn’t pick the right ones on the final card finishing (4-5). Now at 48% on the season let’s try and get back to .500 and climb from there. Quick small card today so let’s get after it.

Michigan State Spartans vs. Indiana Hoosiers (-4.5); total 137.5; 11:00am ct

The Spartans are coming off two close losses to Illinois and Purdue but won at home against Rutgers. MSU shot 12/22 50% from 3PT and I don’t see them having that success again. Indiana is doing everything they can to crawl from the bottom of the Big 10 standings. The Hoosiers have had great success at home vs. MSU and I’ll ride with them again today.

Maryland Terrapins (+9.5) vs. Purdue Boilermakers; total 132.5; 12:00pm ct

Maryland has played Purdue tough in the past and the Boilermakers have been struggling at home. I’ll take a shot here with the Terps and the points.

Minnesota Golden Gophers (+12.5) vs. Michigan Wolverines; total 137.5; 12:00pm

The Gophers have had their teeth kicked in the past two games since defeating Ohio State on the road. Wolverines have been solid but have not blown anyone out. Too many points here backing the Gophers who enjoy playing on the road.

Memphis Tigers vs. Cincinnati Bearcats (-3.5); total 151.5; 12:00pm ct

Memphis has had Cinci’s number but the Bearcats have been tough at home. I don’t like Memphis on the road on a Sunday. The Bearcat defense will come to play here.

Wichita State Shockers vs. SMU Mustangs (-1.5); total 133.5; 2:00pm ct

This number is too short here for the Mustangs. Love SMU at home against comparable competition. Give me a healthy Pony team in the Moody.
