For baseball season, I personally bet 1 unit to win X and don’t lay more than -165. Any props also work great with Daily Fantasy. Questions? Just ask! Follow for more!

MLB Sides & Totals: 12-9-2 (+3.10 units)

Early Slate

  • 1:00pm ct: dETROIT tIGERS (+124) VS. mINNESOTA tWINS (-148); tOTAL 8.5

The Tigers continue their hot streak after a come from behind win last night. They will have Jackson Jobe on the mound who needs to control his walks. Twins will have Chris Paddack who got slapped around to begin his season. I have to take the hotter team with a price like this with Detroit.

Play: Tigers (+124) [via DraftKings]

  • 1:00PM CT: Philadelphia Phillies (-175) vs. St. Louis Cardinals (+145); Total 8

This is a bit of a contrarian play so plug your nose or move to the next game. I think the Phillies are way overpriced in this game. St. Louis won last night and because Miles Mikolas got roughed up in his last start we are getting a nice discount on the Red Birds. I can see a bounce back game here. I’m taking a shot at this price point.

Play: Cardinals (+145) [via DraftKings]

  • 2:00PM CT: San Francisco Giants (+114) vs. New York Yankees (-135); Total 8

The Giants came out swinging against Marcus Stroman last night. The game was called final in the 6th inning due to weather. I think the Giants pick up from where they left off against Will Warren. I like the Giants to win this game but I also see plenty of runs coming across the plate today.

Play: Giants (+114) [via DraftKings]
Play: OVER 8 (-112) [via DraftKings]

  • 3:00PM CT: Washington Nationals (+120) vs. Miami Marlins (-142); Total 7.5

The Marlins were in a tight game last night but two bad innings is all it took to kill their chances at a win. This Marlins team fights offensively especially when Sandy Alcantara is on the mound. I like the price with Sandy. Trevor Williams also struggles against the Marlins.

Play: Marlins (-142) [via DraftKings]

  • 3:00PM CT: Atlanta Braves (+114) vs. Tampa Bay Rays (-135); Total 8.5

The Braves’ offense has been struggling but so has the Rays’. What is the main difference here? The Rays will have Drew Rasmussen on the mound who has been almost unhittable. This smells trouble for the Braves’ offense. I’ll take what feels like a short number.

Play: Rays (-135) [via DraftKings]

Evening Slate

  • 5:00PM CT: Kansas City Royals (+114) vs. Cleveland Indians (-135); Total 8

The Indians dominated last night. I think this is another bounce back game from the opponent like we’ve seen the last day or two. Michael Lorenzen loves to face the Indians. I’ll take the plus money with the Royals to bounce back.

Play: Royals (+114) [via DraftKings]

Night Slate

  • 7:40PM CT: Colorado Rockies (+145) vs. San Diego Padres (-175); Total 8

Two bad pitchers going against each other. A great chance for the Rockies to get some runs across. We’ll also need the Padres batters to get some licks in as well. It’s a perfect setup.

Play: OVER 8 (-118) [via DraftKings]

  • 8:40PM CT: Texas Rangers (+124) vs. Seattle Mariners (-148); Total 7

We tried to fade the Mariners pitching last night but the Rangers offense is still cold. They have spurts but are firing on all cylinders. I’m going back to the well and backing Kumar Rocker on the road. The Rangers offense does enjoy facing Bryan Woo. Great time to wake these bats up.

Play: Rangers (+124) [via DraftKings]
