College Baseball Sunday
It’s Sunday so let’s close out the weekend on a high note after splitting games yesterday (2-2). This is a quick run down and tomorrow it’ll be back to the in depth reviews. We will have all the college baseball gambling insight and discussion you could ask for. Let’s get after it!
(Betting lines via Draft Kings Sports Book: $100 = 1 unit). All games central ct.
College Baseball record: 27-23 (+5.82 units)
College Baseball:
3/5/23: Maryland Terrapins (-160) vs. Hawaii Rainbow Warriors (+130); 9:30am
This will be the first game on the final day of the Cambria College Classic. Maryland has lost two games to superior SEC foes so I think they finally get a win to end the weekend against the Rainbow Warriors. Hawaii has struggled this year as well and are not as strong offensively as Maryland. Buying low on the Terps.
Pick: Maryland (-160); $100 bet to win $62.50
3/5/23: Louisville Cardinals (-165) vs. Michigan Wolverines (+135); 11:00am
Louisville has been running as hot as any team in the country here in Houston, TX and I do not expect that to stop now. This is such a mismatch and I feel the price is more reflective of -200 so we’ll take advantage of this bargain.
Pick: Louisville (-165); $100 bet to win$60.61
3/5/23: Mississippi State Bulldogs (-160) vs. Cal Golden Bears (+130); 11:00am
Two solid offenses go against one another but I feel that Cal is undervalued here. I give the Golden Bears the starting pitching advantage so at a plus price can’t pass it up.
Pick: Cal-Berkeley (+130); $100 bet to win $130
3/5/23: Texas Tech Red Raiders (+105) vs. Texas A&M Aggies (-135); 7:00pm
No surprise what we will be doing here. Texas Tech bounced back from its first defeat of the season against Rice by taking down the Michigan Wolverines. Texas A&M made quick work of the Rice Owls but it’s time to fade the Aggies again until they prove us otherwise. This should be a good matchup to close out the weekend. Tech will be starting freshman Taber Fast and Texas A&M will be starting sophomore Chris Cortez who got roughed up against Portland last weekend. I give the Texas Tech offense the nod here at a plus price.
Pick: Texas Tech (+105); $100 bet to win $105
